CEC Article Order Form
You study the article, fill out the exam, and mail it to A-PAI.
Upon a passing grade on the exam your CEC form will be mailed in 2-4 weeks. A $2 retest fee will be charged if your score less than 80% on the exam.
Currently all CEC articles are $15. Shipping included if within the continental US. Shipping is extra outside the US.
