World Class LAND Aerobic Certification
A Complete primary course for the Aerobics Instructor.
Study Materials include Manual, Study Guide and 2 DVD's with sample routines, , How to Teach Aerobics handout with 2 DVD's and Continuous Choreography for Step and Hi/Lo handout with 2 DVD's
  • Learn effective building blocks to Pattern building styles
  • Review basic Hi/Lo and the 5 basic foot patterns that make all step combinations

    Preparation of Practical Routine (20 Min.)

Add that Professional Touch to Your Classes

Learn musical phrasing and usage, 4 bell curves structures for intensity, and 5 of the standard pattern building methods (links, add-ons, pyramids, layers, and holding patterns) and how to keep your choreography continuously fresh. This routines developed in the course are never the same twice.

How it Works

Register for the Distance Land Certification by completing registration and submitting payment of $175 (shipping is not included if outside the continental US states).

You receive the manual, study guide, aquatic dictionary, How to Teach ...lecture notes  with How to Teach... DVD’s 1 and 2, the Study Guide with additional Study Guide Questions and 2 DVD’s for the Study Guide and Sample routines, and Continuous Choreography for Step and Hi/Lo and out with DVD’s 1 and 2.

You review the study materials and videos. The written test is mailed to the proctor you indicated on your registration form. You arrange with your proctor to take the written test. The proctor will be supplied with an envelope to return the test to A-PAI.

YOU MUST ARRANGE TO HAVE SOMEONE VIDEO TAPE YOUR PRACTICAL. A 20-minute routine showing a warm up, 2 pattern routine step or hi/lo, and warm down.

You mail the video, a copy of your current CPR, and a copy of a photo ID to A-PAI.

Your tests will be graded and the results sent back within 4 weeks. Retests of either the practical or written can be done for an additional fee.

Once you have registered and we have mailed the materials, there are no refunds unless there is a medical problem

DISTANCE EXAMINERS

We have distance examiners than can administer the practical and written tests without so you don't have to find a proctor or video tape your routine in the following locations:

I understand that I am responsible for completing the class I am registered for. I understand that for the distance learning program the study materials and manual are non-refundable. In the event, I cannot complete the course due to medical reasons, I will only receive a refund of certification cost (not study materials) if the written exam has not been mailed to the proctor. If the written exam has already been mailed by my request, then my refund would be $15 than the certification to cver mailing and material cost of the test. Proof of medical problem will be required.
